Many of the best properties on the market seem to sell before anyone knows they are listed!  This is especially true if you do not currently live in our area.  It can take up to 2 days for a listing to be available to view on Realtor.com  Let me set you up with a personal webpage and notification system that will allow you to see all properties that meet your criteria before anyone else.  I can show you any company's and any agent's listing whenever it is the most convenient for you.  If there are no interior pictures available, just ask and I will take pictures of the interior for you!
